The online shop Handeltheke.de, operated by Sergej Zoller, offers a warranty on its products. The warranty period is one year for used products and two years for new products, unless otherwise stated. The period for calculating the warranty period begins from the date of dispatch of the goods.

The warranty protection applies worldwide.


The warranty offered by Handeltheke.de guarantees that the advertised products are free from defects, including their functionality as well as material or production errors. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we offer one of the following services at our discretion within the framework of this warranty:

  • free repair of the goods

or

  • free replacement of the goods with an equivalent product.

Claims for warranty are excluded if damages to the product are caused by the following circumstances:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper handling
  • failure to observe safety precautions
  • violent acts such as hitting
  • water damage, corrosion, and other types of damage
  • attempts to repair or dismantle the product by oneself.

 

To claim warranty, you must allow the warranty provider to examine the case. This can be done, for example, by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during transport. A copy of the invoice must be included when applying for warranty, so that the warranty provider can verify whether the warranty period has been met. Without a copy of the invoice, the warranty provider may reject the warranty claim. If your warranty claim is legitimate, there will be no shipping costs (within Germany only), as the warranty provider will cover these costs.


This warranty does not affect your statutory rights arising from the purchase contract you have entered into with us. This means that you can continue to exercise all your statutory warranty rights against us. The manufacturer's warranty does not limit your rights but expands them. If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the framework of the statutory warranty.


Receipt and Inspection of Goods

The buyer must inspect the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt. If there are any transport damages or other defects, the seller must be informed in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. It is strongly recommended to include photos/videos of the damaged goods and the packaging to ensure a quick and smooth processing of the issue.

Otherwise, it will be assumed that the goods were delivered in perfect condition, and subsequent claims regarding transport damages or visible defects can no longer be considered.

Hidden defects that only become apparent during the intended use of the goods remain covered by statutory warranty.
