🌍 Returns? Sure – but let’s be reasonable.
We understand: Sometimes something doesn’t fit. That’s fine.
But returns are not a “Back” button like in Google.
📦 Every return costs almost €20 on average – for postage, inspection, restocking, and communication etc.
And most of all: it costs time – yours and ours.
🚛 Every return means extra transport, packaging, and waste. It impacts not just our wallets, but the environment.
📌 According to German law (§357 (5) BGB), the buyer bears the return shipping costs – as stated in our Right of Withdrawal.
🤝 So our kind request: Please avoid returns if possible – it saves time, money, and helps protect the planet.
